These terms apply when you use the Professional Services app and website (professionalservices.pk). By creating an account or booking a service, you agree to them.
1Our service
Professional Services is a platform that connects customers with skilled workers for home services such as plumbing, electrical work, AC, painting and more. Monthly packages and renovation projects are arranged by the company with a team of workers.
2Your account
Give correct information and keep your login safe. One person should use one account. We may suspend or close accounts that give false information, misuse the app or harm others.
3Bookings and prices
Workers send offers for your job, and the price you accept in the app is the agreed price. For some jobs an inspection fee applies first, and the worker sends the job price after seeing the work; nothing starts without your approval. Any extra work or materials must be agreed in the app before they are done.
4Payments
You can pay online through Safepay, or in cash where the app allows it. Our service fee or commission is shown in the app. For online payments, the worker is paid after the job is completed and confirmed.
5Cancellations, refunds and complaints
Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund Policy shown in the app. If something goes wrong, raise a complaint in the app; our team will review it and contact both sides.
6Workers
Workers must pass identity verification, behave respectfully, do the work that was agreed and follow safety practices. Workers who break these rules may be removed.
7Monthly packages
A package runs month by month on the visit dates you choose, and you can stop it from the next month. Visits are done by the team the company assigns.
8Renovation projects
A project starts with an inspection and an estimate. Work starts only after you approve the estimate, and payments and expenses are recorded in the app.
9Reviews and community
Keep reviews and posts honest and respectful. We may remove content that is false, abusive or illegal.
10Our responsibility
We work to verify workers and keep the service reliable, but the work itself is done by the worker. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any job is limited to the amount paid for that job through the app.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page.

2آپ کا اکاؤنٹ
درست معلومات دیں اور اپنا لاگ ان محفوظ رکھیں۔ ایک شخص ایک ہی اکاؤنٹ استعمال کرے۔ غلط معلومات دینے، ایپ کا غلط استعمال کرنے یا دوسروں کو نقصان پہنچانے والے اکاؤنٹ معطل یا بند کیے جا سکتے ہیں۔
3بکنگ اور قیمت
ورکرز آپ کے کام پر آفر بھیجتے ہیں، اور ایپ میں جو قیمت آپ منظور کریں وہی طے شدہ قیمت ہے۔ کچھ کاموں میں پہلے معائنے کی فیس ہوتی ہے اور ورکر کام دیکھ کر اصل قیمت بھیجتا ہے؛ آپ کی منظوری کے بغیر کام شروع نہیں ہوتا۔ کوئی بھی اضافی کام یا سامان کرنے سے پہلے ایپ میں طے ہونا ضروری ہے۔
4ادائیگی
آپ Safepay کے ذریعے آن لائن، یا جہاں ایپ اجازت دے وہاں نقد ادائیگی کر سکتے ہیں۔ ہماری سروس فیس یا کمیشن ایپ میں دکھایا جاتا ہے۔ آن لائن ادائیگی میں ورکر کو رقم کام مکمل ہونے اور تصدیق کے بعد ملتی ہے۔
5منسوخی، رقم کی واپسی اور شکایات
منسوخی اور رقم کی واپسی ایپ میں دی گئی ریفنڈ پالیسی کے مطابق ہوتی ہے۔ کوئی مسئلہ ہو تو ایپ میں شکایت درج کریں؛ ہماری ٹیم جائزہ لے کر دونوں فریقوں سے رابطہ کرے گی۔
6ورکرز
ورکرز کے لیے شناخت کی تصدیق، اچھا رویہ، طے شدہ کام اور حفاظتی اصولوں کی پابندی ضروری ہے۔ ان اصولوں کی خلاف ورزی پر ورکر کو ہٹایا جا سکتا ہے۔
7ماہانہ پیکجز
پیکج آپ کی چنی ہوئی وزٹ کی تاریخوں پر مہینہ وار چلتا ہے، اور آپ اسے اگلے مہینے سے بند کر سکتے ہیں۔ وزٹ کمپنی کی مقرر کردہ ٹیم کرتی ہے۔
8رینویشن پروجیکٹس
پروجیکٹ معائنے اور تخمینے سے شروع ہوتا ہے۔ کام تخمینے کی آپ کی منظوری کے بعد ہی شروع ہوتا ہے، اور ادائیگیاں اور اخراجات ایپ میں درج کیے جاتے ہیں۔
9ریویوز اور کمیونٹی
ریویوز اور پوسٹس سچی اور باادب رکھیں۔ جھوٹا، بدتمیز یا غیر قانونی مواد ہٹایا جا سکتا ہے۔
10ہماری ذمہ داری
ہم ورکرز کی تصدیق اور قابلِ اعتماد سروس کی پوری کوشش کرتے ہیں، لیکن کام خود ورکر کرتا ہے۔ قانون کی حد تک، کسی بھی کام کے لیے ہماری ذمہ داری اس رقم تک محدود ہے جو اس کام کے لیے ایپ کے ذریعے ادا کی گئی۔
11قانون
یہ شرائط پاکستان کے قوانین کے تابع ہیں، اور کراچی کی عدالتوں کو اختیار حاصل ہے۔
12ان شرائط میں تبدیلی
ہم ان شرائط میں تبدیلی کر سکتے ہیں۔ تازہ ترین شرائط ہمیشہ اسی صفحے پر ہوں گی۔
