1From the app

• Customers: open Profile → Delete account → Request account deletion.
• Workers: open the Menu → Delete account → Request account deletion.
• While the request is waiting, you can take it back from the same place.

2Without the app

Write to us at the e-mail address below with the subject “Delete my account” and the mobile number of your account. We confirm it is you by calling or messaging that number, then process the request.

3What happens next

• We complete the request within 7 days, and you are signed out of the app.
• If an order, payment, monthly package or renovation project is still running — or money is still owed either way — it is finished first. We tell you what is left.

4What is deleted

• Your login and profile: name, phone number, address and photo.
• For workers: CNIC number and photos, selfie and bank details.
• The chat messages you sent, with their photos and voice notes.
• Your notifications, referral code, offers on open jobs and promotion requests.

5What is kept

• Records of finished orders, payments, refunds, monthly packages and projects — without your name, phone number, address or location — for as long as needed for accounting, tax and resolving complaints.
• Reports and photos of completed work, and community posts you wrote, shown as “Deleted user”.

2ایپ کے بغیر

نیچے دیے گئے ای میل پر "Delete my account" کے عنوان سے لکھیں اور اپنے اکاؤنٹ کا موبائل نمبر بتائیں۔ ہم اسی نمبر پر کال یا میسج کر کے تصدیق کرتے ہیں کہ یہ آپ ہی ہیں، پھر درخواست پر عمل کرتے ہیں۔

3اس کے بعد کیا ہوتا ہے

• ہم 7 دن کے اندر درخواست مکمل کرتے ہیں اور آپ ایپ سے لاگ آؤٹ ہو جاتے ہیں۔
• اگر کوئی آرڈر، ادائیگی، ماہانہ پیکج یا رینویشن پروجیکٹ جاری ہو — یا کسی طرف رقم باقی ہو — تو پہلے وہ مکمل ہوتا ہے۔ ہم آپ کو بتاتے ہیں کہ کیا باقی ہے۔

4کیا ڈیلیٹ ہوتا ہے

• آپ کا لاگ ان اور پروفائل: نام، فون نمبر، پتہ اور تصویر۔
• ورکرز کے لیے: شناختی کارڈ نمبر اور تصاویر، سیلفی اور بینک کی تفصیل۔
• آپ کے بھیجے ہوئے چیٹ پیغامات، ان کی تصاویر اور وائس نوٹس کے ساتھ۔
• آپ کی اطلاعات، ریفرل کوڈ، کھلے کاموں پر آپ کی آفرز اور پروموشن کی درخواستیں۔

5کیا رکھا جاتا ہے

• مکمل شدہ آرڈرز، ادائیگیوں، ریفنڈز، ماہانہ پیکجز اور پروجیکٹس کا ریکارڈ — آپ کے نام، فون نمبر، پتے اور مقام کے بغیر — جب تک حساب کتاب، ٹیکس اور شکایات کے حل کے لیے ضروری ہو۔
• مکمل شدہ کام کی رپورٹس اور تصاویر، اور کمیونٹی میں آپ کی لکھی پوسٹس، "Deleted user" کے نام سے۔
