1Information we collect

• Account details: your name, mobile number, email address and profile photo.
• If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We do not access anything else in your Google account.
• Workers: CNIC number and photos, a selfie, skills and service areas — used only to verify identity and assign work. To verify a worker, the CNIC number is read automatically from the card photo and compared with the number entered, and the selfie is compared with the photo on the card; the result is seen only by our team, which makes the final decision.
• Bookings: service type, address, location on the map (only when you share it), job details, photos you upload, chat messages and reviews.
• Workers’ live location: while a worker has a job in progress, his location is shown to that job’s customer so they can see him coming — only to that customer, and to our team if there is a dispute. In the Android app it continues while Google Maps is open for the route, with a notification on screen the whole time; it stops when he arrives, when the job ends or when he presses “Stop”. The app never uses location in the background at any other time, and these points are deleted within a few hours.
• Payments: online payments are handled by Safepay. We never see or store your card details; we keep only the amount, status and reference of each payment.
• Device: a notification token so we can send you updates, and your language and theme choice saved on your device.

2How we use it

• To create your account and let you book or take jobs.
• To show nearby workers, share job details with the worker you choose, and send you updates.
• To process payments, monthly packages and renovation projects.
• To keep the platform safe: verify workers, prevent fraud and resolve complaints.
• To reply to your messages and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for other companies’ advertising.

3Who we share it with

• The other side of your booking: the worker sees your name, phone number, address and job details; you see the worker’s name, photo and rating. For monthly packages, the team assigned to your visits sees only what it needs for the visit.
• Services that run the app for us: Google Firebase (hosting, database, sign-in and notifications), Google Maps (maps and location), Safepay (payments), and — only for workers’ identity checks — Google Cloud Vision (reading the CNIC number from the card photo) and Amazon Web Services (comparing the selfie with the card photo).
• Authorities: only when the law requires it.

Workers’ CNIC details are never shown to customers.

4Google account data

When you use “Sign in with Google”, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to create and secure your account and to show your name and photo in the app. We do not share this data with anyone else, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it except as needed to provide the service. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5How we protect it

Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers, sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and protected by access rules so that each person can see only what they are allowed to see.

6How long we keep it, and deleting your account

• We keep your information while your account is active.
• To delete your account: in the app open Profile → Delete account (workers: Menu → Delete account), or follow the steps on the Delete your account page, or write to us below.
• We complete the request within 7 days. If an order, payment, package or project is still running, it is finished first.
• Deleted: your login and profile (name, phone number, address, photo), workers’ CNIC, bank details and documents, the chat messages you sent, and your notifications.
• Kept: records of finished orders, payments, packages and projects — without your name, phone number, address or location — for as long as needed for accounting, tax and resolving complaints. Community posts you wrote stay, shown as “Deleted user”.

7Children

Our services are meant for people aged 18 and above. Workers must be at least 18 years old.

8Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.

3ہم معلومات کس کو دیتے ہیں

4Google اکاؤنٹ کی معلومات

7بچے
